Use this dialog box to specify a specific program that will be used to display the release information for the software you are installing.
For example, if the readme file is text file, click the browse button
and navigate to the directory that contains your favorite text
editor. Select the executable file (on Windows executable files
usually have a file extension of .exe)
and click OK.
Or, if the readme file is an HTML file, browse to the directory that contains your browser of choice and select the executable file for that browser.
