Use to associate organizational units with the project at deployment time.

An organizational chart defines the structure of your organization. Each project contains one organizational chart that can be divided into multiple organizational units that reflect the structure and hierarchy of an organization. More

Using Oracle BPM, you can create an organizational model that mimics your real world organization. During deployment of your project, the components of the modeled organization are mapped to your real-world organization. How?

Organizational Unit Mapping
Specify the organizational unit to associate with the project at deployment.

None
Do not associate an organizational unit.

From project
Select an organizational unit from the ones already created in the current project.

From Repository
Select an existing organizational unit from the repository. Click the browse icon to use the Organizational Unit Lookup dialog to search for one.

Organizational Chart
Shows the existing organizational units under a top-level organizational unit.

To add an organization unit at any level, select the unit that is above the level of interest, then click the add icon to use a dialog to add a name for the new organizational unit. To delete any organizational unit in the chart, select the name and then click the delete icon.

Additional organizational chart information

When you select an organizational unit in the chart, details about that organizational unit appear below the chart.

Name
Shows the name of the selected organizational unit. Type to change the name.

Description
Enter or change descriptive text for the selected organizational unit.

Calendar
Shows the calendar associated with the selected organizational unit. To change the association, select another calendar from the dropdown list.

Members
Use to add users, groups, or application roles as members of the selected organizational unit.

Each member is identified by a name and a type. To delete a member from the organizational unit, select the member name and click the delete icon.

Type
Select whether you are adding a user, a group, or an application role as a member. Then click the add icon to add a member of the selected type. If you have selected the user or group type, click the browse icon to use the Identity Lookup dialog to search for a member of the selected type. If you have selected the application role type, click the browse icon to use the Select an Application Role dialog.
