Please note the appserv-admin.jar manifest which is expecting a specific jar for each locale like "appserv-admin_it.jar".

The italian (or others) locale jars are not available under /lib, this is why the following resource cannot be resolved:

  com/sun/enterprise/management/deploy/DeployThread/LogStrings_it_IT.properties

Anyway it seems there is not the English version as well... (I searched inside all /AppServ folder)
