ResetProgram

The ResetProgram business rule is attached to the Start ProgramAction's associated transaction and will cause the program status to change to PendingReady at reversal/undo of the Start activity. This rule's functionality is not processed in forward processing. Rule content has no elements or attributes.

This rule must be added to the TransactionBusinessRulePacket.
