On the ChartofAccounts screen you will select the criteria that must match what is in the transaction or suspense. In the example below the Initial Premium Suspense account has a criteria selection of Yes for NBCIndicator. On the Suspense Record screen you can see there is an NBCIndicator field configured. If the NBCIndicator selection account matches what is selected in the suspense record then the associated account number will be written to the AsAccountingDetail record.
