Searching for Batches

The unified search feature allows a user to search for and navigate through the batches in OIPA.

Steps to Search for a Batch

1. Select the Batch option from the Search drop-down.

2. Enter the Batch Number, if the exact number is not known, use the % (percent) sign as a wild card.

3. Click the Search icon.

4. The search results will be displayed under the Batch Search Results section.

5. Click the row of the appropriate batch to open it. The batch details are displayed in the Batch screen.

Note: Unified Search will be disabled when a Batch entity is selected with no instances.
