The table below lists fault codes currently reported by the StorageTek SL150 Modular Tape Library. Use this information to locate relevant replacement parts and service resources in My Oracle Support.

A power supply AC failure has been detected.

POWER_SUPPLY_DC_FAILURE

A power supply DC failure has been detected.

A power supply has been removed.

POWER_SUPPLY_UNSPECIFIED_FAILURE

An unspecified power supply fault has been detected.

MULTIPLE_POWER_SUPPLY_FAILURES

Failures have been detected in both power supplies within the module.

PS_OVERTEMP_WARNING

The power-supply temperature has reached levels that, if sustained, can adversely affect long-term reliability.
