Run Previous Search
Applications: All applications using entity query tool (EQT) search
Focus Area: EQT search
Users now have the ability to run their previous search. This feature saves your previous search per object (specification, project, company, etc.). Users can return to search results using one of the following methods:
· Run Previous Search: A link exists from the object which will run the last search performed by the user.
· Run Previous Object Specific Search: The Load button used for loading saved searches now also provides the ability to perform the last search for the object type.
Note: Return to Search Results is session-based. Therefore all searches are lost when a user closes their browser.
a. First let’s run a standard EQT Search for an ingredient specification. In this example spec name equals beans returns 7 records:

b. The user clicks on the first item in the list to investigate details regarding Spice Oil for Pork & Beans.
c. After the user identifies that the specification is not actually a bean specification a link is available called Run Previous Search.

Similar to the above functionality, from the EQT Screen a
user can click the Load button and
select Run Previous Search. This
search performs the last search executed by this user during the current
session for the object (specification, company, project, etc.).
