Activity Level Withholding

Withholding information can be configured at the activity level. An activity's withholding details can be set to process according to policy level withholding or activity level withholding.   

 

Steps to Set Withholding for an Activity

  1. Open a policy.

  2. Click Activity on the Left Navigation menu.
  3. Click Add Activity from the Secondary menu.
  4. Select the activity from the Activity drop down list.
  5. Enter the activity details.
  6. Click the Withholding link at the top of the window.  

  7. Select the withholding type from the drop down box. When the activity is processed it will use the withholding level indicated.

Update Activity Withholding Information

The withholding level on an activity can be changed if it is still in pending status. To do this, click the Activity Details icon to the right of the activity. When the Activity Details window opens, click the Withholding link and select the withholding level from the Withholding type drop down box. Update any other withholding details. Make sure to click OK to save the changes.
