Fund Transfer

The Fund Transfer activity allows money to be transferred from one or more funds to one or more funds. The AutoTransfer activity must be active on the policy before a FundTransfer activity can process.

Steps to Create a Fund Transfer Activity

Open the policy.
Select Activities on the Left Navigation menu. The policy should be active with an AutoTransfer activity that has already been processed.
Click Add Activity on the Secondary menu.
Select FundTransfer from the activity drop down box.
Enter the effective date.
Enter the actual transfer date.
Click Allocations at the top of the window.
Select the Allocation From and Allocation To funds and the percent of funds to be transferred.
Click OK at the bottom of the window when the information has been entered. The activity will be listed on the Activity screen in pending status.
Click the lightning bolt icon to process the activity.
