Oracle® Insurance Policy Administration 9.4.1.0 E23637_01
The AutoPay program is intended for annuitants who want to set-up periodic contributions to their policy during the accumulation phase of the annuity. The default allocations for these contributions are set-up from the Allocation link in the Left Navigation menu.
Note: The Deferred Annuity segment must have the Automatic Payment radio button set to Yes to use automatic payment for the policy.
Allocations Link in Left Navigation Menu
Select Allocations on the Left Navigation menu.
Scroll to the Automatic Payment Program section.
Select the number of funds from the drop down list.
Select the allocation method from the drop down list.
Select the fund(s) from the drop down list.
Enter the percent to be allocated to each fund.
Click Save.
Allocations can be modified for specific activities. Changes are made through the Activity Detail window. Click the Activity Detail icon next to the activity to open the Activity Details window. Then, click the Allocations link and make the necessary changes.
