The Administrator and End User Guide contain materials that an administrator may use to enter QIS5/QRT risk and capital data for onward transmission to corporate/head office, to consolidate, aggregate and validate risk and capital data and generate QIS5/QRT reports (Corporate users), and to create this new application and provide access to users (system administrators).
