This subject area is available in all editions of Oracle CRM On Demand.

Business Purpose

This subject area allows the reporting of the many-to-many relationship between contacts and addresses. In other subject areas, it is possible to report on only the primary address of a contact. However, this subject area allows you to report on all addresses of a contact as well as an address that is shared by multiple contacts. This subject area does not have any fact tables or any metrics.
