Campaign Response History Analytic Subject Area

This subject area is available in all editions of Oracle CRM On Demand.

Business Purpose

This subject area allows you to analyze the campaign response data. It complements the campaign subject areas, which provide the campaign performance data. It allows companies to analyze the response to a campaign by answering the following questions: How many people received the campaign? How many of them responded? How did they respond? How long did it take them to respond? and so on.
