Running the Initial Synchronization with Oracle PIM Sync On Demand

This topic describes how to run the initial synchronization in Oracle PIM Sync On Demand.

To run the initial synchronization

1. From the Start menu, select Oracle CRM On Demand, Oracle PIM Sync On Demand, and then Oracle PIM Sync On Demand.
2. In the Oracle PIM Sync On Demand window, click Sync Now.

For each record type, a confirmation box appears, listing the changes made to records of that type. You can review the changes, cancel the synchronization, or accept the changes to complete the synchronization.
