Process of Managing Contacts

To manage contacts, perform the following tasks:

  1. Review the contact fields and related information, see Contact Fields.
  2. Create a new contact record, see Creating Records.
  3. Track the contact-related activities and notes, see Activity Fields and Adding Notes.
  4. Assign contact ownership and visibility, see Access Profile Management and Sharing Records (Teams).
  5. Synchronize the contacts with your PIM, see Synchronizing with PIMs.
