Changing the Synchronization Settings

You can change the settings before you synchronize your data. For example, if you find that the synchronization is taking a long time, you might want to reduce the set of data you synchronize during one session.

Before you begin. Connect to the Internet.

To change the synchronization settings

1. From the Start menu, select Oracle CRM On Demand, then Oracle PIM Sync On Demand.
2. In the Oracle PIM Sync On Demand window, click Setup.
3. To change your user login and password, type the new information in the Oracle PIM Sync On Demand window.
4. In the Oracle PIM Sync On Demand window, click Application Setup.
5. In the Oracle PIM Sync On Demand Configuration window, select the record type whose settings you want to change, and specify new options.

6. In the Oracle PIM Sync On Demand window, click Save.
