Activity Level Withholding

Withholding information can also be configured at the activity level.  An activity's withholding details can be set to process according to policy level withholding or activity level withholding.  

Steps to Set Activity Level Withholding

1. Select the activity from the Activity drop down list and click the Withholding tab.  

2. Select the withholding type from the drop down box.  Choose Activity or Policy level withholding.  When the activity is processed it will use the withholding level indicated.  If  Policy is selected in the dropdown, then the policy level allocations will be displayed and all fields will be disabled (See Policy Level Withholding if you wish to change withholding at the policy level).  If Activity is selected, then the fields will be enabled and the activity level withholding can be entered.  

3. Click the OK button after entering the activity level allocations.

Update Activity Withholding Information

The withholding level on an activity can be changed if it is still in pending status.  To do this, click the Activity Details icon to the right of the activity.  When the Activity Details window opens, click the Withholding link and select the withholding level from the Withholding type drop down box.  Update any other withholding details.  Make sure to click OK to save the changes.
