Oracle® Insurance Policy Administration 9.3.1.0 E21044_01
Welcome to the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) system. This help system explains the basic functionality of OIPA. Because OIPA is so flexible you may notices differences between the content here and the actual application you are using. This indicates that your company has made changes to the system to better support your business.
IMPORTANT: Since OIPA is a Web application you cannot use the tab feature in Internet Explorer with the application. Using tabs with a window can cause data to display incorrectly between windows.
This help system is divided into books, which contain related topics. The left navigation directory tree structure provides access to the books and pages. Expand each book to view the associated help pages. Use the Index to look-up specific terms and find related information. View more...
Two new features were added in the 9.3.1 maintenance release:
Unique identification numbers: Identifier fields are supported. Configurors can use these fields to generate unique ID numbers on screens in OIPA.
Requirement enhancement: OIPA can accept a configured date value from fields or math variables that will be used as the effective date once all requirements are satisfied.
The Oracle Technology Network (OTN) contains documentation libraries for every release. These libraries hold links to all of the following documents, specific to this release:
