Term Policy Details

The bottom portion of the Policy screen contains a section called Policy Details.  A description of the required term policy details is listed below.

Required Term Fields

Issue Date

The date when the policy was issued.

App. Signed Date

 The date when the application form was signed.

Payment Method

The methods for payment of the renewal premiums of the policy.

• EFT:  If this is selected, then a Next Bill Due Date and a Payment Draft Date are also required.

• Direct Bill:  If this is selected, then a Next Bill Due Date is also required.

Payment Mode

The billing frequency by which the premiums are remitted.  If EFT was selected as the payment mode then this will automatically default to monthly.
