Flat Extra

If an individual does not meet health or other qualifications, insurance can be rated. The flat extra premium method of rating the life insurance policy charges an extra flat dollar amount per $1,000 of policy value.

Add a flat extra segment to a policy by selecting Add Segments on the Secondary menu.  

Note:  A Base Coverage segment must already exist on the policy before flat extra can be added.
