Auto Pay Change

Policy holders are allowed to alter the frequency, amount and fund allocation of the Auto Pay at a later time if they choose to do so.  AutoPayChange allows a user to satisfy this request.  When the AutoPayChange activity processes, it deletes any pending AutoPay activities and automatically generates a new AutoPay and AutoPayStop activity.

The following Auto Pay Change fields are required:  

• Effective Date is the policy effective date.

• AutoPay Change Date is the date the change should take effect.

• Frequency is the payment schedule.

• AutoPay Amount is the amount that should be automatically paid.

• AutoPay End Date is the date when payments should end.

Change the default allocations that the payments should be applied to through the Allocations link at the top of the window.
