A client can be assigned roles on any number of policies. A client could be the writing agent for multiple policies or the beneficiary of more than one policy. The Role link on the Client screen allows a user to view all the roles assigned to a client.
Roles Link on Client Screen
Select Search from the Client Main menu.
Enter the search criteria and click Find. If the exact wording is unknown, then use the % (percent) sign as a wild card. The Search results will display under the Client Search Window.
Scroll through the search results and click the client record. The Client screen will open.
Note: If the search results contain more than ten results, then only the first ten results will be displayed. Adjust the Maximum Results drop down box in the top right corner of the screen or page through the results by clicking on the page numbers listed in the top center of the screen.
From the Left Navigation menu select Roles. The Policies Related to section will open on the Roles screen. This shows all of the policies the client is associated with and the roles the client has been assigned.
