Death Notify

The Death Notify activity indicates an annuitant is deceased. To add this activity to a variable annuity policy, click the Add Activity link on the Secondary menu. The following fields are required when setting-up the Death Notify activity.

Date of Notification
Deceased
Death Notified by
Proof of Death Received
Date of Death
Payout option

Withholding information can also be added. The Withholding link is at the top of the activity window. The Death Notify activity automatically spawns the Proof of Death activity. It will be listed in the activity list in pending status.
