Submit Activity

Once the basic set of requirements for a policy is satisfied, the policy is submitted to the Underwriting/New Business department for review and approval. This process is handled by the Submit activity available in the Activity drop-down box on the Activities screen.

Once you select Add Activity from the Secondary Menu, an Activity Detail screen will open. Select Submit from the drop down menu and enter an effective date and then select OK.

When you return to the Activity screen you will see the Submit activity waiting to be processed.  Select the lightning bolt icon to process the activity.
