Search for a Policy

Your system contains numerous policies.  The policy search feature allows you to navigate through these policies to select the one you need.  You can search by one field or a combination of fields on the Search screen.   If you assign a policy name, which is an easy to remember name for your policy, it will be easier to find during a search.    

 

Steps to Search for a Policy

  1. From the Main menu, select Policy | Search.  

  2. Enter the search criteria for your policy.  If you do not remember the exact wording you can use the % (percent) sign as a wild card. The Search results will display under the Policy Search Window.

  3. Scroll through the search results until you find your policy, then select the button next to that policy.

 

Note:  If your search results contain more than ten results, then only the first ten results will be displayed. You can adjust the Maximum Results drop down box in the bottom right corner of the screen.
