The Issue activity moves the policy from pending to active status once the Submit and Initial Premium activity have become active.
Click Add Activity on the Secondary menu and select Issue from the Activity drop-down box. Enter the necessary details and click OK. The Issue activity will be listed on the Activity screen with a lightening bolt icon next to it so that you can process the activity.
After the Issue activity is processed, various other activities will become available in the activity drop-down box.
