Death Notify

The Death Notify activity indicates an annuitant is deceased.  The following fields are required when setting-up the Death Notify activity.

• Date of Notification

• Deceased

• Death Notified by

• Proof of Death Received

• Date of Death

• Payout option

You may also fill out the Withholding information.  The Withholding link is at the top of the activity window.

The Death Notify activity automatically spawns the Proof of Death activity.  It will be listed in your activity list in pending status.
