DCA Change

The DCA Change activity allows policy holders to alter the amount and allocation elections in the DCA program.

When the DCA Change activity processes, it deletes any pending DCA activities and automatically generates a new DCA and DCAStop activity.

The following DCA Change fields are required:

• Effective Date is the policy effective date.

• AutoPay Change Date is the date the change should take effect.

• Frequency is the payment schedule.

• DCA Amount is how much is to be automatically paid.

• DCA End Date is when payments should end.

You may change the default allocations that the payments should be applied to through the Allocations link at the top of the window.
