Stores records by tenant when you generate the AREF Lease Revenue by Type report (R15L001). The table is subsequently cleared after each generation of the report. |

The building constants also include management fee information needed for budget calculations as well as the initial purchase price and cap rate, discount rate, and selling cost percentages. |
