Workflow Description

The system sends a workflow message to a secured user whenever the Net Variance exceeds the notification level as defined by the user.

Workflow Trigger

The Launch Demand Net Variance Workflow UBE initiates the Demand Net Variance Workflow process.

Workflow Action

For each record in the Demand Detail Database table whose Net Variance exceeds the notification level, the system generates a workflow message.

Workflow Description

This workflow executes a number of predefined business functions that the system calls either from a supplier default workflow or from a customer specific customized workflow. The system calls the predefined business functions to process inbound EDI demand based on the customer's business rules.

Workflow Trigger

The Inbound Edit/Update UBE initiates a standard wrapper workflow, which initiates the workflow that you specify in the Demand Workflow Maintenance program.

Workflow Action

The system passes the job number to the workflow to identify the cache that contains the inbound demand data to process; Sold To and Ship To are optional parameters that may be passed to the workflow. The system updates the Demand and CUM Tables according to the workflow request. It also validates production sequencing data in corresponding work center messages.
