Choose Binding

This dialog is used to choose a variable or resource for data binding. The example below shows variables and resources available for data binding from the Workshop Tour project.

The Variables tab of the Choose Binding dialog allows you to select a variable or variable property which to bind to elements in your web pages.

  This button allows you to view your resources a s a tree of items rather than a flat list. This makes it easier to navigate and find related resources. Click the button to toggle between tree mode and list mode.

         You can also hover over the mouse over the tree button for more details on viewing resources as a tree.

The Resources tab of the Choose Binding dialog allows you to select a resource key to bind to elements in your web pages.
You can choose to view resources as either a flat list or as a tree. This feature is useful for quickly navigating through complex resources.
