Description

The event tool has received too many events. The event tool receives events and inserts them in a queue. When the queue is full, additional events will be ignored.

Action

Upgrade the BEA TUXEDO WEB GUI hardware to a faster system.

Description

Description

The snapshot file of the event tool could not be opened.

Action

Check the permission of the snapshot directory. Make sure you have read and write privileges.

Description

The server side of the BEA TUXEDO WEB GUI event tool received a message that it did not understand from the associated Java applet.

Action

ERROR: Web GUI event tool could not open new snapshot file snapshot_file

Description

The server side of the BEA TUXEDO WEB GUI event tool was unable to open a new file to display system events in a Web Browser window when the event tool "Snapshot" button is pressed. As a result of this, the next time the event tool "Snapshot" button is pressed, the web GUI will be unable to produce an HTML file containing the events in the event tool window. The mechanism used to display system events in the event tool java window does not make use of the snapshot file, so the java window will not be affected by this failure.

Action

Verify that the directory in which the snapshot_file was to be created exists, that the user ID under which the wgated process is running has permissions to create files in this directory, and that the filesystem on which the snapshot_file is located has enough free resources to create additional files.

Description

The server side of the BEA TUXEDO WEB GUI event tool was unable to reopen the file created to display system events in a Web Browser window when the event tool "Snapshot" button is pressed. As a result of this, the next time the event tool "Snapshot" button is pressed, the web GUI may be unable to produce an HTML file containing the events in the event tool window. The mechanism used to display system events in the event tool java window does not make use of the snapshot file, so the java window will not be affected by this failure.

Action

Verify that snapshot_file still exists and was not accidentally removed by an administrator, and that the user ID under which the wgated process is running still has permission to read this file.
