The Pathways Search portlet allows you to type in a search query using Pathways Search Syntax. Click Submit to execute your search. Click Clear to clear the current search string.
Search results are displayed in the Pathways Results portlet. For more information on the Pathways Results portlet, see Pathways Results Portlet.
If the Pathways Tag Cloud portlet is present on the same page as the Pathways Search portlet, it displays tags that have been applied to items and people in your search results. For more information on the Pathways Tag Cloud portlet, see Pathways Tag Cloud Portlet.
When you click a tag in the Pathways Tag Cloud portlet or Pathways Results portlet, the Pathways Search portlet is updated with a tag match appended to the existing search string. This new search is executed and the results in the Pathways Results portlet are updated accordingly.
