The Pathways Items portlet lets you search for items. You can add the Pathways Items portlet to your My Page. If you are a Community Manager, you can add this portlet to a community page.

Launch the Pathways Portlet Preferences page, which lets you modify the following preferences:
Note: The numbers of tags and results to display settings that you configure on the Pathways Portlet Preferences page override the same settings that you configure on the Pathways Preferences page. The settings on the Pathways Portlet Preferences page only affect the display of the Pathways Items and Pathways People portlets. You configure portlet display preferences such as the result types that you want to see in your search results and whether you want to view scores and ActivityRanks by using the Pathways Preferences page. |

You must have the Add Tags capability to apply tags. Launch the Pathways - <name of item> dialog box, which lets you apply tags to and remove tags from the item. You can only remove tags that you have applied. |

You must have the Add Favorites and Contacts capability to add favorites. Add the item to your Favorites list. Tip: To view all of your Favorites, choose the My Favorites view, then perform a search with a blank search query. Note: Favorites are unrelated to tags. Adding items to your Favorites list has no impact on the tags that are applied to those items. |

Remove the item from your Favorites list. |
