getGeneratedKey

                     throws SQLException

JDataStore does not have any mechanism for generically obtaining the last inserted id. There is a JdsStatement.getGeneratedKeys method, but that would require having access to the underlying class (something that might not happen if the connection is hidden beneath a 3rd party connection pool wrapper). We will simply use a MAX query to obtain the last id that was inserted, which will work with our mechanism of immediately querying for the ID after the insert took place.
