Creating and Mapping a Web Folder

If you are using Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003, you can map a Network Place on your personal computer to the document hierarchy in Collaboration. This lets you use Microsoft Windows Explorer to navigate the document hierarchy in Collaboration. Folders and documents in Collaboration appear as folders and files in Windows Explorer. For more information about Web folders, see About Web Folders.

Tip: To view the changes you made to Windows Explorer in Collaboration, refresh the Document explorer.

To create a Web Folder:

  1. Select a project in the My Projects or Community Projects portlet.
  2. Click the Documents tab in the application view.
