Select a node in the navigation tree.
Right-click an object in the table pane.
Select 
Edit
Properties.
Click the Security tab.
Select the Permanently remove owner privileges from this document check box.
Click Finish.
The owner of a file is the user who uploaded the file into a project. By default, the owner has full control of the file. The owner can do everything to the file except change its security. You may want to remove owner privileges of a file if the owner no longer participates in the project and consequently should not have high-level access privileges to the file.

To remove owner privileges on a file in the application view:
Select a node in the navigation tree.
Right-click an object in the table pane.
