To run a BPM project in Oracle BPM studio you need to start the embedded Process
Execution Engine.
To start the Engine in Studio:

In the Project Navigator, select the Project you want to use to start the Process
Execution Engine.

Click the green play icon in the Eclipse toolbar.

Optionally, select from the following options:

| Delete Process Instances |
Clears all previous process instances before starting the
Engine. |
| Delete Log Files |
Clears all log files before starting the Engine. |

Click Ok.
The
Progress Information window appears while the
engine is starting. This may take several minutes.
When the Process Execution Engine starts, the green play icon changes to a red stop icon.
