The Begin event provides an entry point to the process.
The Begin event creates an instance in the process and assigns values to the process instance variables.
There is only one Begin event per process.
You can trigger a Begin event running:
- a Global Creation activity.
- a Global Automatic activity.
- a Subflow activity located in a parent process.
- a Process Creation activity in another process.
- an external application or web page that uses PAPI or WAPI.
