You can query and view audit records for processes in which you are an authorized participant. To do this, use WorkSpace and follow these steps:
Select a process instance from your inbox.
The Instance Detail panel displays information about the selected instance.
In the Instance Details panel, select the Audit Trail tab. A table lists each activity, the events recorded for it, the person responsible, the timestamp, and the copy number.
Note: To view all events of an activity in greater detail, expand the activity.
