Studio

Studio is easy to install under most conditions. To avoid any difficulties, make sure your system complies with the pre-requisites before you begin.

In general, Studio can be installed in a current Windows XP or 32-bit Linux system with no further requirements. However, before installing Studio, you should check compliance with the following:

Note that Windows Vista is not supported for this version.

If using a platform other than Windows or 32-bit Linux, also check Required Java Virtual Machines.

Studio does not require a database or an application server to function, so you can ignore the requirements for those, which apply to the Enterprise versions.
