Installing a Maintenance Pack

You can install a maintenance pack for ALBPM Enterprise from the Configuration dialog box. You can also roll back previous maintenance pack or hotfix updates.

In order to install a Maintenance Pack, the BPM Web applications must be stopped, and you must have an update file ready.

To install a maintenance pack update:

  1. In the Configuration dialog box, select the Service Pack Updates tab.
  2. Click on the Local Update... button. The Open dialog box appears.
  3. Select the update file (.upd or .upd.zip) and click Open. Admin Center will proceed with the update.

ALBPM Enterprise is updated.
