Changing a Directory Configuration Password

You can change the administrative password for a directory configuration from the Configuration dialog box.

In order to change the administrator password, the BPM Web applications must be stopped.

Note: You can only change the administrator password for a directory if the directory uses a database managed by ALBPM. If your directory uses an external directory service provider, the administrator is a member of the directory, with a password is set by that service and read-only from ALBPM.
