Email Notification for Work Items

You can configure WorkSpace to send you e-mail notifications when you receive new work items.

To receive e-mail notifications for work items:

  1. In the upper right of the WorkSpace window, click Options.

  2. In the Options dialog box, select Notify me by e-mail when new work items arrive.

  3. To save the new option, click Save.

  4. Click Close.

When you receive new work items while not logged in to Work Space, an e-mail notification is sent to the e-mail address listed in the Options dialog box (in the User Information section). If your e-mail address is not listed in the Options dialog, or if it is incorrect, contact your system administrator.
