Use the Options dialog box to customize your user information, settings, and display options for WorkSpace.
To configure WorkSpace options:
In the upper right of the WorkSpace window, click Options.
In the Options dialog box, configure the following properties:
| Property | Description |
| Full name | Displays your full name as designated by your administrator. |
| Login name | Displays your login name as designated by your administrator. |
| Displays your e-mail address as designated by your administrator. | |
| Enable Flash version menu | Determines whether Flash is used to display the left pane in WorkSpace. To use this option, you must have Macromedia Flash installed. |
| Enable DHTML support | Determines whether Dynamic HTML is used by WorkSpace. Deselect this option if your browser does not support Dynamic HTML. |
| Sort work items by | Sets the default column sorting used when creating new presentations. |
| Work items order | Sets the default sorting order when creating new presentations. |
| Work items date format | Sets the format for how work item dates are displayed. |
| Show hidden views | When selected, allows views hidden by the administrator. |
| Follow work items | When selected, lets you return to displaying work item details for an item processing one of its tasks, thereby allowing you to view and process additional tasks for the item without having to manually return to work item details. |
| Notify me by e-mail when new work items arrive | When selected, e-mail notification is sent to you when you receive new work items. |
| Keep work item view |
When selected, lets you display work item details for each successive work item after processing tasks for the prior item. |
| Enable applet for attachment management | When selected, edited attachments are automatically launched with the appropriated application (according to the settings for File type/application association). |

Enable remote scripting |
Determines whether remote scripting is used by your browser, which affects how pages are refreshed in WorkSpace (such as when using the Back button). |
| Show applications | The following options determine how applications are
displayed:

| User working directory | The file location for edited attachments. |
| Automatic login | When selected, you are not prompted for Username and Password when logging in. |
| Maximum number of searches in history | Sets the maximum number of temporary Search views to keep (which are available in the left pane). This number does not affect searches that are saved in the Search dialog box. |
| Number of work Items | Sets the maximum number of work items to display when the right pane is displaying a list of work items. |
| Language | Sets the language for WorkSpace. |
| Country | Sets the country for WorkSpace, determining its available options for language, time zone, and currency. |
| Time zone | Sets the time zone for WorkSpace. |
To save the new properties, click Save.
Click Close.
