The View toolbar is displayed in the upper right of the WorkSpace window and has buttons for working with views and presentations. The View toolbar is only available when displaying a list of work items in the right pane of the WorkSpace window.
To display the View toolbar:
In the left pane, click a view name. The View toolbar includes the following buttons:

| Create View | Opens the Create View dialog box, where you can enter properties for a new view. |
| Edit View | Opens the Edit View dialog box, where you can edit the currently selected view. |
| Delete View | Deletes the currently selected view. |
| Presentations | Opens the Presentations dialog box, where you can create and edit presentations. |
| Refresh | Refreshes the current view, ensuring the most recent information is displayed. |
| Documentation | Displays information about the current process. |
