The Task toolbar is displayed in the upper right of the WorkSpace window and has buttons for working with work items. The Task toolbar is only available when displaying work item details in the right pane of the WorkSpace window.
To display the Task toolbar:
To display a list of work items, in the left pane, click a view name.
To view details for a work item, in the right pane, click in the Description column for the work item. The Task toolbar includes the following buttons:

| Previous Work Item | Displays the previous work item. |
| Refresh | Refreshes the current work item, ensuring the most recent information is displayed. |
| Audit Trail | Opens an audit trail for the selected work item. |
| Documentation | Opens documentation for the selected work item. |
| Next Work Item | Displays the next work item. |
