View Participants

To view available process participants:

In the left pane of the Process Administrator, select Participants.

The participant list includes all users who have been created in Plumtree Foundation. Participant information displayed in the participant list includes:

Column

Description

User ID

The Login Name assigned when the user is added to Plumtree Foundation. Participants use their Login Name to log in to the Worklist Portlets. The Login Name can be edited in Plumtree Foundation on the User | Main Settings page.

Display Name

The name displayed in the Worklist Portlets and the User list in Plumtree Foundation. By default, the Display Name is the same as the Login Name assigned when a user is added to Plumtree Foundation. The Display Name can be changed using the Properties and Names page in Plumtree Foundation.

Mail

The e-mail address of the participant, as defined in Plumtree Foundation on the Properties and Names page.

Enabled

Indicates whether or not the user is enabled to log in to the Worklist Portlets. Disabled participants are users that have been deleted from Plumtree Foundation.
