To log in to the archive viewer:
Launch the Archive Viewer using the Archive Viewer URL. The URL format is http://hostname:8585/archivingviewer where hostname is the name of the computer on which the BPM Web Applications context is installed.
Note: Steps 2 - 6 are only necessary for the first login to the Archive Viewer. If this is not the first login to the Archive Viewer, proceed to Step 7.
On the Archive Database page, enter a Configuration Name. This name will be used to store the connection information for the archive database.
Select the Database Type. The database type selection should match the type selected when the archive database service endpoint was created in the Process Administrator.
Click Next.
On the next Archive Database page, enter the same Properties for the archive database service endpoint that were entered in the Process Administrator when the archive database was created. If the properties are not entered as an exact match of those stored in the Process Administrator, the Archive Viewer will be unable to access the archive database.
Click Next.
Note: Steps 2 - 6 are only necessary for the first login to the Archive Viewer. The information entered will be retained for future logins.
On the Archive Database Configuration Selection page, select the Configuration Name entered in Step 2.
Click Login.
